About Us
We are an independent, family run business, who pride ourselves on our high level of customer service. Operating in Ashford and across Kent, we feel that it is our job to make it as easy as possible for you when it comes to the selection and installation of your new floor covering. We can bring our samples out to the comfort of your own home, or you can pop into our showroom and have a look at our extensive range of Carpets, Vinyls & Laminates. We will happily move furniture for you, with no extra charge, and we can offer an uplift and disposal service for you.
We vacuum up after every new carpet installation and we will not leave any job until you are 100% satisfied.
Meet The Team
Lee Turk
Lee does all of the measuring and estimating, he will walk you through everything you need to know regarding your new flooring and will be there when it comes to the installation.
Marie Turk
Wife of Lee, she is very knowledgeable and will help you when it comes to picking your new floor covering, arranging a measure or booking in a fitting.
Jason Turk
Jason has been fitting all types of Carpets, Vinyls and Laminates for over 20 years now. With such a wealth of experience under his belt your new flooring is in great hands.
Bradley Turk
Bradley’s been learning how to fit all types of flooring alongside his uncle’s and Grandad. He has already come along leaps and bounds, and his positive approach to giving anything a go, has already paid off as he has quickly become a very competent young fitter.
Gary C
Another Gary, he has been in the flooring business for over 40 years, fitting all types of flooring and specialising in Carpets.
Gary Turk
Gary was one of the founding members of Turk’s Flooring and the heart of our business. Over the nine years Gary was part of Turk’s Flooring, he saw the business grow from the very beginning, working side by side with his sons, Lee and Jason.
Gary was an incredibly proud dad and an even prouder grandad. When his grandson, Bradley joined the business, it meant the world to him. Seeing three generations of the Turk family working together was something Gary spoke about with great pride.
With his wealth of knowledge, experience, and genuine care for people, Gary made customers feel they were always in safe hands. Turk’s Flooring was never “just a business” to Gary — it was his family, his legacy, and something he was immensely proud of.
Although he is no longer with us, he will always be a part of the Turk’s Flooring team, he will be greatly missed, never replaced and never forgotten.
